Poplar buds– They include an arsenal of vitamins, microelements, and nutrients. They strengthen the gums and disinfect. They include natural resinous secretions possessing anti-inflammatory and healing properties. They are rich in cinnamic, benzoic, and salicylic acid esters, as well as caryophyllene esters famous for their antifungal and anti-inflammatory properties.
Pine buds – They contain sapinic acid, resin, tannins, and vitamin C. They possess strong gum strengthening, disinfecting, and antiseptic properties. Oils naturally present in the buds work in favor of a proper response to inflammation.
Birch buds – they maintain the proper condition of mucous membranes, but also soothe irritations and inflammations, for example those of exposed dental necks. Betulinic acid inhibits the accumulation of bacteria and fungi. It accelerates tissue regeneration, and has an antiseptic effect on oral wounds and irritations. Birch buds constitute a mixture of betulin, betulinic acid, and lupeol. They are also rich in oleanolic acid, phenolic acids (chlorogenic, coffee), as well as condensed catechins.
Calamus oil – Strengthens and nourishes the gums. It prevents toothaches and oral inflammation. It refreshes and disinfects the throat, and works against bad breath.
